What time do Co-Curricular Activities (CCAs) take place, and how often do they occur?
All CCAs are scheduled from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm. CCAs are optional and a selection of CCAs is offered each day of the week.
How can I book CCAs and make the necessary payments?
Upon receiving the email from the CCA coordinator, you will need to book through School Buddy on the iSAMS parent portal. After selecting the activity, you will be directed to make the payment.

What attire should my child wear to school?
Your child should be neatly dressed in our school uniform, ensuring they maintain a tidy and presentable appearance.
What should I do if my child doesn’t have a Vircle card or has lost it?
If your child doesn’t have a Vircle card or has lost it, please contact Ms. Huda (nabila.huda@tenby.edu.my) to request a replacement. Please be aware that there will be a RM50 charge for a new card.
How do I check my child's class details?
​You can access your child's information, including their class name, sports house, timetable, and teacher details, through the parent portal on iSAMS.

How long does it take for the parent ID and Vircle card to be ready?
Parent IDs and Vircle cards are usually available on the first day of school.

For primary-level students, all updates and classroom activities can be viewed on ClassDojo. The student timetable for primary and secondary students is viewable on iSAMS.
